Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield offers several convenient ways for you to pay your bill.
The health care law (Affordable Care Act) requires payment to be received before the due date (not postmarked) on your invoice.
Unfortunately, the health care law requires that a policy be canceled if your first month’s premium is not received before the due date on your invoice.
Members can pay their bill the following ways:
When you receive your bill, you can make a secure payment with a check, credit or debit card.* No transaction fee applies.
Payments can be made using a check, credit or debit card when you call 1-800-354-9904.* No transaction fee applies.
You can visit any MoneyGram** location, Arkansas Blue Cross office or one of our ArkansasBlue retail stores.
You can send a check or money order to us as outlined below. Remember to include your member ID or account number.
When you sign up for our free monthly bank draft program, you don’t have to write checks, keep bills or buy stamps. Bills are paid even when you’re away, and there is never a risk of a lapse in coverage.
* Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug plan product members must call Customer Service
to discuss available payment options. Health Advantage conversion plans are not eligible for
online, mobile, or pay-by-phone payment options.
